It’s a very exciting time for Jebel Ali and Dubai South area, with much development recently being announced which will completely uplift and overhaul the scope of the Jebel Ali area, making it a destination in itself, and what is promising to be “the future New Dubai”.

In 2023 Nakheel announced the new launch of the Iconic Palm Jebel Ali, a remarkable city-scale development off the coast of Dubai offering exclusive lifestyle amenities, ultra-luxury homes, outstanding hotels, and extraordinary entertainment venues set on near endless stretches of waterfront.

Development of the Jebel Ali Coastline and Beaches as part of the 2040 Urban Master Plan, where the budget and design has already been approved for Jebel Ali Beach, which will be the longest public open beach in Dubai, stretching 6.6 km and covering an area of 330 hectares.  The plan includes developing two areas: a 5 km sandy beach and a 1.6 km mangrove beach.

Furthermore, the exciting news of the Expansion of the Al Maktoum International Airport, also known as DWC, Dubai World Central will have a immense impact on Jebel Ali and Dubai South area, set to be five times the size of DXB, and will eventually supersede DXB airport, with 5 parallel runways and a capacity to accommodate 150 million passengers annually.

Along with all these exciting developments, the already underway communities within in the Dubai South area, including world-class Golf Courses and facilities at Emaar South, and of course the world-famous Expo City, savvy investors are getting in early to claim a piece of this “New Dubai” with a well-founded vision of solid growth and capital appreciation.
